Questions

What does it cost to sell?
$49 once to list, which covers our review of your transfer evidence. When a deal closes, 1 percent of the price with a $19 floor and a $199 cap, plus the card processor's fee, taken from the release to you. Buyers pay nothing extra.
Who holds the money?
Tool Index. The buyer pays us, you transfer the assets, the buyer confirms, we release to you. If the deal fails, the buyer is refunded in full. Neither side has to trust the other.
What can I sell here?
Any approved tool on Tool Index that you control: SaaS, micro-SaaS, AI tools, browser extensions, mobile apps, newsletters, plugins, Shopify apps, APIs, directories and content sites.
How are listings reviewed?
You provide private evidence that you can transfer what you list (registrar, repository, store accounts). An administrator checks it before the listing goes public, and again after any edit.
How do buyers reach me?
Through a private conversation on your listing. Offers, counter offers, signatures and the closing all happen inside it.
