Medows is an AI clinical workspace built specifically for doctors on ward rounds. It combines patient list management, real-time vitals tracking, AI-powered clinical assistance, and handover documentation in a single interface designed for the pace and constraints of hospital work.

The tool addresses a workflow that hasn't changed much despite everything else going digital. Junior doctors and residents still carry paper lists, jot notes between patients, and spend time at shift's end writing handover messages. Medows moves all of that into a browser-based workspace that works on phones and tablets, which is where clinicians actually are during rounds.

At the center is a ward list with patient cards color-coded by acuity. You can see at a glance who needs attention first. Each patient card holds their current information, and the AI assistant is grounded in that specific patient's context. This means when you ask a clinical question, the answer relates to the patient on screen rather than generic guidance. The system cites clinical guidelines where relevant, so you can trace where recommendations come from.

Vitals capture and trend visualization cover the past six hours, giving you a quick read on whether someone is stable or deteriorating. This is the kind of information that's often scattered across different systems in a hospital, and having it inline with the patient card saves time during rounds.

The handover feature generates notes optimized for WhatsApp sharing with one tap. This reflects how handovers actually happen in many hospitals, especially in India where the product was developed alongside practicing clinicians. Rather than fighting that reality, Medows works with it.

The platform is free for individual clinicians. It runs in the browser on iOS Safari and Android Chrome, so there's nothing to install.
