FirstEmployee.ai is an autonomous AI agent that takes a business idea and turns it into a running website with real pages, contact forms, and ongoing optimization. You describe what you want in a sentence or two, and the agent researches your concept, picks a company name, builds out a multi-page site, and publishes it live. That initial build takes about three minutes. From there, the agent keeps working in scheduled shifts, improving pages, pursuing search traffic, and handling incoming inquiries while you focus on other things.

The premise is that launching a business online has a lot of repetitive work that doesn't require human judgment every step of the way. FirstEmployee handles the buildout and the ongoing grind of optimization, but it draws a clear line around anything that involves spending money or reaching out to customers. Revenue-generating actions, sending emails, running ads, or charging people all require your explicit approval. The agent can research, draft, and prepare those actions autonomously, but the final trigger stays with you.
