About aiDo
aiDo is an AI wedding planning workspace that brings the plan, design, guest list, invitations, coordination, and guest experience into one product. A couple can begin with a short description of the celebration they have in mind, then use aiDo to turn that idea into goals, requirements, decisions, and tasks. It isn't just a checklist generator. The product keeps the wedding details together as the plan changes, creates material for guests, and provides a place where attendees can find their own schedule and practical answers without routing every question back to the couple.
The planning side starts from whatever the couple already knows. aiDo can build an event plan from a description, help compare possible options against stated requirements, and track follow-through in to-dos. If plans already exist, notes and decisions can be brought into the conversation so the next work is organized around them. The assistant can also react to changes. A couple can tell it that guests were added to an event or that the ceremony time moved, and it can update the relevant schedule, tasks, and draft communications. Anything that goes out to guests has a review and confirmation step, so an AI-written announcement isn't sent automatically.
Design tools cover invitation pages, matching email, and a wedding website shaped around the couple's requested look. The site shows the same underlying wedding expressed in understated, floral, and playful styles, with phone and desktop views. aiDo also includes a scaled floor plan and seating workflow. A venue's paper plan can be photographed and redrawn to scale, after which the couple can move and style tables, place guests, and preview the room from a particular seat. The seating assistance uses the guest information in the workspace, but the floor plan remains editable rather than locking the couple into an automatic layout.
Guest management holds an individual's RSVP, dietary needs, travel details, and any guidance the couple wants aiDo to use. Guests can respond through a personal invitation link without creating an account. The paid guest portal adds a wedding app for each attendee, where they can see the events they are invited to, read schedules and directions, receive updates, view useful guides, share photos, and ask a concierge questions grounded in the wedding's information. Couples can add documents, FAQs, and published guides as knowledge for those answers. Individual guidance can also set a preferred name, tone, or relevant context for one guest.
This combination is what separates aiDo from a general AI chat or a basic wedding website. The assistant works with a structured plan, events, people, requirements, and current decisions, while the guest-facing side publishes only the information that should be shared. A schedule change can therefore reach the affected people without forcing the couple to rebuild several disconnected tools. It fits couples managing multi-event celebrations, destination logistics, or a guest list with varied needs, though a simpler wedding may not need every module. The company is still young and says the founders built the product while planning their own wedding in Mauritius, then used the guest experience at that event.
The destination layer extends the same guest record into travel preparation. It can hold accommodation and room block information, personal packing lists, and flight details with tracking. That matters when different guests are attending different events or arriving from several places, since each person can see the schedule and guidance relevant to them. The shared photo gallery and wedding updates also give the portal a role during the celebration rather than only before it. This breadth creates a more complete home for the event, but it asks the couple to keep the underlying details current. The concierge can only answer from the wedding knowledge, guides, and instructions it has been given.
aiDo uses a freemium model. The Essential plan lets couples plan events and tasks, send designed invitations, collect and manage RSVPs, and use AI planning help for free. The homepage describes a monthly planning allowance and three AI design sessions on the free plan. Pro adds the guest app, personal concierge, shared schedules, directions, and updates. Destination extends Pro with accommodation and room block information, personalized packing lists, plus flight details and tracking. The public pricing page describes what each tier includes but requires JavaScript and signup availability to choose a plan, so it doesn't publish fixed paid prices in the accessible plan text. Couples can start free, while the most distinctive guest and travel tools require an upgrade.

Our take
Tool Index Editorial · Oct 2026· 4.0/5
aiDo combines wedding planning, invitations, RSVP tracking, seating, guest guidance, and destination logistics in one workspace. We found the connection between structured event details and a guest facing concierge more useful than a generic wedding chatbot. Guests can see only their events, get updates, and ask practical questions without creating another planning burden for the couple.
Essential is free forever. The site currently offers Pro, normally $149 once per wedding, at no charge for a limited time, while Destination costs $349 once per wedding. The broad feature set asks couples to keep schedules, guidance, and guest records accurate, since the concierge is only as reliable as that data. Simpler weddings may not need the extra machinery, but complex and destination events are a strong fit.
