Eloqra

Eloqra is a live chat widget that lets you talk to your website visitors without ever leaving Telegram. You add a small script to your site, connect your Telegram account, and from that point forward every chat message from a visitor lands in your phone as a Telegram notification. You reply there and the response appears instantly in the visitor's chat bubble. No dashboard, no separate app, no context switching.

The appeal is obvious if you've tried heavier live chat tools before. Most of them want you to keep a browser tab open or install yet another desktop app just to catch messages. Eloqra skips that layer entirely. Since Telegram is already running on your phone, the inbox you already check a dozen times a day becomes your support channel. The friction between a visitor asking a question and you answering drops to almost nothing.

Messages arrive with metadata attached. You see which page the visitor is on, what device and browser they're using, and what country they're in. That context helps you answer faster because you're not asking them to repeat what they were looking at. If you want to capture names and emails before the chat starts, there's an optional pre-chat form you can turn on. Otherwise visitors can start typing immediately.

The widget itself is small, under five kilobytes, and loads after your page content so it doesn't slow anything down. It works with any stack, whether that's Next.js, WordPress, Webflow, Astro, or plain HTML. You paste the snippet and you're done. There's also a mini app inside Telegram that acts as a management console for configuring multiple sites, reviewing past conversations, and tweaking widget appearance.

The founder has said future paid tiers will add features rather than remove what's already available, so you're not signing up for a bait-and-switch.
