Jade Email

Jade Email is an email service built around giving every sender a different address on a domain you control. A bank might get one address, a retailer another, and a newsletter a third. Each local part becomes its own inbox inside Jade, so the address itself records who was supposed to use it. If that address leaks or starts attracting unwanted mail, you can shut down that route without disturbing the rest of your email. New inboxes don't need to be created in advance. They appear automatically when the first message reaches a new address, which keeps the idea practical even when you use a different address for every signup. If an account uses several domains, the same local part across those domains shares one inbox and rule chain, which avoids duplicating organization.

The inbox brings all of those addresses together without flattening them into one anonymous stream. You can read across everything, open one sender-specific inbox, or use color-coded categories that span several inboxes. Messages can be searched, pinned, archived, deleted, and handled in bulk. Jade also sends mail, saves drafts, supports replies, and lets a paid account choose which address a message should come from. That makes the product more than an alias forwarding layer. It's a working mailbox where each address remains visible and independently manageable, while the Everything view still offers a conventional way to see mail in one place. Push notifications can be enabled separately on each supported installation, so rules can surface only the messages that deserve interruption.

Rules are the main control surface. A rule can match every message or look for case-insensitive text in the subject, sender, body, header names, or recipient domain. It can assign a category, change read status, pin or archive mail, request an unsubscribe, send a push notification, forward a copy, bounce the sender, or schedule permanent deletion. Rules run in order, and a matching rule can stop the rest of the chain. Reusable rulesets can be attached to several inboxes, including a default ruleset for newly seen addresses. Existing live mail can be reprocessed after a rule changes, although regular expressions aren't supported and some actions, such as forwarding, require a paid account or prior address verification. Bounce sends a nondelivery response while keeping a received copy, and auto-delete can remove mail permanently after a chosen delay, so both controls deserve deliberate setup.

Jade also exposes the mailbox to compatible AI assistants through MCP. Its official ChatGPT plugin and its remote MCP endpoint let an authorized assistant list inboxes, summarize recent messages, find receipts or attachments, mark mail as read, edit categories and rules, unsubscribe from newsletters, and draft or send replies. The assistant follows the permissions of the Jade account. During the trial it can read, organize, and reprocess mail, but it can't send, reply, or forward. This is useful for people who want an agent to help with email while retaining the same sender-specific structure and rule system they can inspect in the app. Connecting requires signing in to Jade and approving access, and the documented endpoint works with assistants that support streamable HTTP MCP connections.

The product fits people who are willing to bring a domain and change the way they hand out addresses. It should appeal to privacy-conscious users who want leaks contained, developers who create many service accounts, and anyone whose inbox needs stronger controls than a single unsubscribe button. It is available on the web and iPhone, with account and billing support also documented for Android. The tradeoff is that contacts and services no longer share one memorable address, so adopting it works best as a habit rather than a one-time cleanup. Its substring-based rule matching is approachable, but people with elaborate regular-expression filters may find it less flexible than a traditional power-user mail client.

Access is freemium. Every new account gets an open-ended trial with no card and no deadline. The trial includes unlimited Jade-provided addresses, receiving, reading, sorting, rules, and read or organization access through an AI assistant. Sending and adding your own domain require the Founders subscription, listed at $5 per month or $50 per year with the early price locked while the subscription remains active. A $300 lifetime purchase is offered in limited quantities. Web subscriptions are handled through Stripe, while purchases made in the iPhone app are managed through Apple. Jade publishes a support address and a detailed help center, but it is still presented as an early-access service, so buyers moving important mail should evaluate its workflow during the generous trial before committing a domain.
